Include your checkout email, Discord username or user ID, and order/subscription reference. Never send passwords, verification codes, or full card details.

After your trial ends, contact us to receive a membership discount. The amount and effective date must be confirmed with us; discounts are not applied automatically. Standard charges still follow your checkout terms, and contacting us does not pause billing.
