When you email us, we receive your address, message, and any details you choose to include. If you used a previous version of our contact or booking forms, information you submitted may remain in our records. The current website uses email links rather than an active contact form.

Membership and community information
Whop / Stripe may provide us with purchase confirmations, contact details, account identifiers, subscription status, and support information needed to deliver membership. Discord exposes your profile, linked membership role, and messages to the relevant server participants or administrators. We do not collect full payment-card details through this website; checkout and identity verification are handled by the payment platform.

Website operation and tracking
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. The current site code has no advertising pixels or optional analytics integrations. Infrastructure and external platforms may use their own operational cookies or similar technology. Changing language does not create a website account. We select the initial language using the country or region identified from your IP by our hosting network. A first-party preference cookie remembers only your manually selected language for up to 180 days. You can change the language or clear this cookie. This feature does not request precise device location or send your IP to a separate geolocation service.

Purpose and sharing
We use relevant information to answer inquiries, provide access and support, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Information may be handled by our email, hosting, security, payment, and community providers, including the website hosting service, Cloudflare, Whop / Stripe, and Discord, as needed for those functions. We may disclose information where legally required or to address fraud or security incidents. Do not post private financial or identity information in community channels.

Retention, security, and international processing
We retain information as reasonably needed for service, support, accounting, disputes, or legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it when no longer required. Retention periods depend on the type and purpose of the record. Providers may process data in the United States or other countries. We take reasonable safeguards, but no internet service or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and requests
Email us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about our handling of your data. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint to a regulator. We may verify your identity using proportionate information and retain records where law requires. Contact Whop / Stripe or Discord directly for data they control independently. Where required, our processing relies on providing the service, legal obligations, legitimate operational interests, or consent.

Paid membership is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not knowingly send us children's personal information; contact us if it has been provided so we can address it. Whop / Stripe and Discord have separate privacy policies linked below. We will date changes to this policy and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required for material changes.
