Eligibility and service scope
Paid members must be at least 18, able to enter a contract, and permitted to use the service where they live. We provide general educational content and stock and options activity sharing. Membership does not create a managed account, brokerage service, custody arrangement, fiduciary appointment, or personalized advisory engagement.

Membership, billing, and renewal
Choose Whop or Stripe — one subscription is enough. Do not pay through both. $880 per month after the 3-day free trial, through Whop or Stripe. Renews monthly until canceled. Cancel before the trial ends or the next renewal to avoid that charge. $9,880 per year, automatically renewed until canceled. Available through Stripe, with billing after the 3-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends or the next renewal to avoid that charge. Whop monthly and both Stripe plans include a 3-day free trial for new users. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your selected plan is charged at $880/month or $9,880/year and renews automatically until canceled. Review the exact dates, taxes, and terms at checkout. Prices, availability, taxes, and billing dates are disclosed at checkout. Fees buy access, not investment capital or profit sharing. Changes to future purchase or renewal prices will be disclosed as required and do not override an existing customer's agreed charge.

Cancellation, refunds, and disputes
Manage cancellation through the payment provider's available subscription controls, or email [email protected] before your trial ends or next billing date. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Applicable purchase terms and consumer rights remain in effect. Manage renewal in your Whop / Stripe account and cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next renewal. Access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a completed charge. For billing errors, duplicate charges, or service concerns, email us or use Whop / Stripe's support and resolution process. Refunds are assessed under the applicable purchase terms, Whop / Stripe policies, and law; mandatory consumer rights and lawful payment disputes are not waived.

Access, delivery, and platform dependencies
After starting a Stripe trial or paying through Stripe, email [email protected]. We manually verify your subscription and grant access to the paid Discord channels; access is not automatic. After starting a Whop trial or paying through Whop, connect Discord in your Whop member area. Access to the paid channels is granted automatically; no manual activation request is needed. Only if automatic access fails, email [email protected] for help. Access depends on a valid trial or paid membership. Keep your account secure and do not share or resell access. Expired or revoked entitlements may remove paid-channel access. Platform outages or account restrictions may affect availability. No fixed number of trades, alerts, daily posts, or real-time delivery is promised.

Community conduct and content rights
Do not harass, impersonate, spam, distribute unlawful material, coordinate market manipulation, or solicit members deceptively. Do not redistribute, scrape for resale, or commercially exploit paid content without permission, except where law permits. You retain rights in content you submit and permit its display as needed to operate the community. Do not upload confidential information or content you have no right to share. We may moderate content or restrict access for safety, abuse, or material breaches, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Limitations and rights that remain protected
Information may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect, and opinions may change. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, excuses fraud or unlawful conduct, or waives mandatory consumer or securities-law rights.

Changes, questions, and governing law
We will publish dated revisions and provide notice where required; material changes will not be applied retroactively to override rights attached to an existing purchase. Wyoming law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory laws or protections applicable to you. No compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these website terms. Contact us first to discuss a service concern; this does not prevent you from using a regulator, court, or lawful dispute process.
